2Mig does not sign government forms for you, ask for or store passwords to government or operator portals, book an appointment or submit an application without your confirmation, or accept government and consular fees.

Each point is a deliberate boundary, not an unfinished feature. The reasons are explained below.

Your signature confirms that the information is true, and some countries require you to sign personally. For the United States this is explicit in 22 CFR 41.103. We prepare the form; you review and sign it.

Yes, on routes with booking through 2Mig enabled. You choose a date range and application centre; we check available slots. We book only after you confirm the selected time. If no slots are available, we show that. If booking through 2Mig is unavailable, we explain the next steps. Routes without an appointment skip this stage.

No. On every route open today you sign in to the portal yourself, so we never ask for one and store none. We provide the prepared package; you sign in.

It depends on the route, and the destination page says which. On every route we run today you pay the fee yourself — to the authority or the visa centre, in their own system, with the receipt in your name. On one of them the fee is zero.

Where we complete the whole process for you, the fee is inside our price: we pay it on your behalf, and it is our cost rather than your money held by us.

A government fee is never returned either way. Where you paid it, we never had it; where it was in our price, it is gone the moment the authority takes it.

We do not quote a percentage—personal or country-wide.

An honest estimate requires labelled outcomes, which we do not yet have. Any figure would be invented. Instead, we show deterministic checks: which requirements are met, which are not, and what is missing.

No, and nobody can. The consulate makes the decision. We are responsible for preparing an accurately completed application, a complete package, and requirements checked against primary sources.

Every rule package has a named reviewer who checked its requirements against primary sources. A package without a reviewer does not go to production, and a draft is never presented as published.

Yes. Deletion on request works: values disappear from primary storage, while the immutable log retains the fact that deletion occurred as proof the request was fulfilled. This right does not depend on whether we accept new data.

The current limit is explicit: deletion covers primary storage; backups are a separate task.

On your first application through us — yes, 60% of our service fee. On a second and after — no: we answer for the quality of the preparation, and we prove that once.

The government fee and any visa-centre fee are never returned, whichever way they were paid: where you paid them, we never had them; where they were inside our price, they are gone the moment the authority takes them. Separately, if we miss the date we promised you, we return 100% of our service fee and still finish the case.

Not yet. Information and bank statements belonging to someone who is not travelling concern a second data subject, with their own consent, access, and deletion rights. Until they can exercise those rights, we do not collect their documents.
